Vintage Zhao Zi Ping Signed Original Chinese Paper Cut Birds/Flowers

Up for sale is this fabulous vintage original papercut by Chinese master artist Zhao Zi Ping, who created a positive and negative space image of his subjects with a single cut in traditional colors of red and white. Purchased in China in 1983 and carried to the USA, the two panels of this bird and flower papercut are each signed by the artist and dated 83.5.19 (June 5, 1983). A photo of the artist in his studio is also included in the framed and matted composition, which measures 22 1/2" wide and 7 1/2" tall. Each of the papercuts measure approximately 6 1/2" x 4 1/2".
