Vintage Contemporary Modern Chinese Art Limited Edition Print SIGNED Framed WOW

Up for sale is this limited edition signed modern Chinese art print. Title, number, and artist signature are obscured by the matte border. I included a clear picture of the artist signature from another unique art piece from the same artist. That one was numbered 20 of 150 and this could be of a similar sized edition.
I cannot make out the artist name from the signature and her/his works do not come up for auction and likely are all in private collections. I would love to know who the artist is.
Framed beautifully and in very good condition. Frame measures 24” inches tall by 30” inches long (61 cm, 76.2 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a unique gift.
