    Description

    This is an original Vintage Chinese Wood Block Print of a resting Cat. This item was purchased by my father in Penang, Malaysia in the early 1980's when he owned an antique shop on the island.    This rice paper print is of a good size and is meant to be framed.  I have framed a number of these prints and based on my experience they are simply
    stunning
    with the correct frame and appropriate matting.  The translucent & cloud-like texture of rice paper make it seem like the print is floating within the frame. Please be aware however that a normal rice paper print has some visible imperfections due to it’s makeup.

    Block Print Dimensions: 21 1/4 inches wide and 31 inches in height.  Size of Image surrounded by the Black Border:  11 3/4 inches wide x 21 1/2 inches in height.  Print Weight:  <1 ounce
    All Prints are shipped rolled in a 2-3 inch diameter tube or box.  They will never be folded.
