    THE HISTORY OF" CHOKIN "SEEMS TO BE JAPANESE"The ancient art of Chokin was used to decorate the armament Spanning the feudal period of Japan 10th to 19 centuries created by gilding a copper plate with     gold and silver and applying acids to create the colorful engraved surface, then signed,& varnished"
    Not sure how the processes was accomplished in mid 20th century but these prints are rich and very 3 dimensional with a luxurious depth Its a SIGNED & MARKED PRINT  ,in vibrant  wonderful , vintage condition, sold as is . Not new so may have acceptable age related wear but  I didn't see anything more than some frame minor scuffs hard to see on brush metal surface.
