Flip diaper cover fits baby 8-35 pounds. GUC slight relax to elastc. Stretches fine, has spring - just not like when it was new. We had no leaks used about 8 months. No stains or tear PUL is great. Very slight piling to legs from wash. Air dry no bleach and smoke free home.
