I am a recycler and I like to recycle envelopes and boxes, so you may get a used one in good shape that says Amazon on it.
I will ship on the same day that you pay for your item unless it’s after Postal hours then I will ship on the next business day. Same for holidays I will ship as soon as the next business day.
I sterilize everything that comes into this house! I have a spray that I use on my envelopes and boxes.
Damages & Returns:
Any damages must be reported to me within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a refund.  If you would like to return an item, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds or Exchanges will be issued once I have the item back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
We cannot refund the original cost of postage.
