Date of 1971, original, size 20 ½ x 30 inches, qualified lithographic woodcut printing of an acid free, published by the People’s Fine Art House, China.This poster is based on the time of the middle period of the Chinese Cultural Revolution (CCR, `1966 – 1976), and during the Cold War (1947 – 1991). At the time, the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) suffered under pressure from two sources, one was themselves internal political struggle for power, and the external international environment, that especially after the Glassboro Summit Conference in June 23 - 25, 1967, which the president Lyndon Baines Johnson (1908 - 1973) met Alexei Kosygin, a Soviet Russian statesman in the United States.
The poster titled the Regime Sourced by Weapon, and of other word that means Political Power Grows Out Of The Barrel of A Gun, which as one of the successful Chinese revolutionary theories created by Mao Tse Tung (Chairman Mao, 1893 – 1976) in 1927.
